Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at teamohkubo@outlook.com. Returns must be shipped to the following address:

Upon approval of your return, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that a return request is made before sending any items back, as we cannot accept items returned without prior approval. If you are outside of Japan, please note that return shipping may take longer than expected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and take appropriate action to resolve the matter.
Non-returnable Items: Certain products are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized items, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and, once the return is processed, placing a new order for the desired product.
European Union Cooling-off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As with our general return policy, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
